The TVR-1816 offers a cost-effective option for recording up to 16 analog or HD analog cameras, making it ideal for small-scale installations.
As a true hybrid recorder, the TVR18 supports a wide range of camera formats including analog, HD-TVI (up to 8MP), HD-CVI (up to 4 MP), HD-AHD (up to 5 MP), and IP cameras. This flexibility makes it an excellent choice for upgrading existing analog infrastructures, delivering a competitive, practical, and future-ready solution
Easy to use
With built-in UltraSync connectivity, the TVR18 series simplifies remote access—no port forwarding or VPN configuration required. Integration with the UltraSync cloud platform enables seamless remote management via the TVRMobile app and TruVision Navigator software (version 9.4SP3 or newer), unlocking full access to UltraSync features and future enhancements.
Remote video viewing is intuitive and secure, while advanced analytics such as people and vehicle recognition on analog channels and supported TruVision IP cameras help users quickly identify relevant events.
Intelligence on-board
The Intelligent Search feature enables rapid retrieval of relevant recordings from analog and HD analog cameras. The TVR18 also supports:
- Face recognition on up to 4 analog channels
- AI-based perimeter protection on up to 8 analog channels
These capabilities enhance situational awareness and reduce response times in critical scenarios.
Flexible deployment
The TVR-1816 leverages open HD-TVI technology, supporting cameras up to 8 MP over existing coaxial cabling. It also maintains compatibility with standard analog cameras, allowing users to retain legacy equipment where appropriate.
All channels can be configured for IP cameras up to 4K (8 MP), making the TVR18 a truly hybrid solution. Support for H.265 encoding ensures efficient storage and bandwidth usage across both analog and IP streams.
