The Fire Beam XTRA is a conventional beam detector with a separate controller to facilitate the maintenance and operations. With its self-aligning motorised technology a range up to 160 meters on a reflective technology can be covered with the full extension kit installed./
Range extension
The FirebeamXTRA is supplied as a head unit with a low level controller, one reflector, short range mask (for distances under 20 m), a 3 mm allen key and quick start installation guide. This enables coverage distances up to 70 metres.
For distances between 70 to 140 metres an optional mid range extension kit is available. This kit is supplied with a backing plate and 3 extra reflectors.
For distances between 140 to 160 metres an optional long range extension kit is available. This kit is supplied with a backing plate and 8 extra reflectors.
